Payment Centers 

One of the best ways to get in touch with PLDT Customer service is to make your payment in any of their authorized payment channels. A customer representative or sales agent will attend to you directly and give you feedback on any inquiry or payment problem you’re keen about. Payment can either be done at an authorized mall or Bank-over-the-counter. Here’s a list of places you can pay at your convenience.

If you decide to use any of these channels, you’ll have to choose the thirty to six hours option for your payment postings.

It’s important to note that you’ll have to allow two banking days before payment posting. You should also note that some banks don’t accept PLDT bills. You’ll have to find out from any of your local banks to know they operate 

Virtual Meetings

You may not need to leave your home when you want to do any transaction with PLDT. You can make your transactions, and get In touch with a PLDT Customer representative from the comfort of your home, by scheduling a virtual meeting. 

Visit the official website of PLDT (pldthome. com)  At the right side of the page, click on the “Book an appointment” icon Choose any preferred store you wantSelect the service you want. Either virtual or physical appointmentSelect the time and date convenient for you 

When you follow these steps, you’ll be able to interact with a customer care agent who will assist you with any complaint or inquiry you need. 

 It’s important to note that virtual appointments are only available on weekdays. That is Mondays – Fridays. From 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

 To get in touch with PLDT customer service,  171 is the number to call. It’s free when you use a PLDT landline or Smartphone using the same network. For other networks,  charges may apply. It’s available 24/7 for any technical concern.

Facebook

How To Troubleshoot Your Internet Connection 

Check the light indicator of your modem. It has to show a steady green light. If it doesn’t, check if the modem is properly plugged in 

If you’re using a LAN cable for your internet make sure the light indicator is steady or blinking green light. If not, enable the LAN Card/Ethernet option and make sure the cords or cable are not damaged.  

If you’re not getting these light indicators, turn off your Modem and turn it on after a few minutes so it can resync properly to a better network
