You’re not going to buy the HTC Desire 200, let’s get that out of the way. It’s a 3.5 inch smartphone with a single core processor and 512 MB of RAM that’s meant for people who don’t want a mid-range or high-end smartphone. Now that being said, when I saw these pictures on the Taiwanese website ePrice, I knew I just had to share them.
I mean, look at this thing. It’s like an HTC One, but ridiculously tiny, and with only “one” speaker grill instead of the two that are so prominently featured on the One and Desire 600. ePrice confirms that Android 4.0.3 is on-board, running Sense 4.0, though HTC was considerate enough to include Bluetooth 4.0 support. If really like the Desire 200, then I don’t know what to tell you. HTC is focusing on gaining traction in their home market of Taiwan and in other Asian countries. That’s not to say HTC shouldn’t release the Desire 200 in Europe. Just this past week I saw someone here in Finland, one of the better off countries in the EU, using a Galaxy Young Duos!
